Completed my RYA Powerboat Level 2 with Phoenix Sea School and had a really good time. The course was fun, informative and easy going. Our group has the help of 3 instructors, who made everything easy to understand and helped us all out when we found things slightly difficult. Would definitely recommend this course to anyone who is thinking about getting more qualified or just enjoys time on the boat

Absolutely brilliant! My partner and I recently did our PWC with phoenix sea school with Mark and Steve. They were brilliant we had a wonderful day learning and using the jet ski! We will definitely be coming back to do more licenses! Professional and lovely people!

I did my PB2 with Mark at Phoenix Sea School in September 2022. I knew as soon as I'd started that I'd chosen the right school! Mark was so enthusiastic, knowledgable, funny and patient!! He filled me with confidence as soon as we'd set sail. I can't recommend Phoenix Sea School enough, they're always happy to help, very responsive to calls and messages and have many many years of experience on the water. Absolutely 5*+++

I had a wonderful time on a sunny October afternoon attending a 'come and try' power boating session. I felt immediately in safe hands with Mark being a fantastic, knowledgeable and passionate instructor. He ran through the necessary instructions and then let me have a go. You couldn't wipe the smile off on my face which was permanently there for the whole session. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend Phoenix Sea School.

Just wanted to say how much we all appreciated your efforts on our behalf. Over the years I have had the privilege of spending time under instruction on the water from some of the finest - you are up there with those guys.

A great course, professionally delivered with a very supportive and developmental teaching style. Most rewarding was the way you allowed folk the freedom to come up with their own plan on how to resolve a particular issue, with just the lightest of touches on the 'tiller', making sure we did so safely and with confidence - a rare talent.

The course was very enjoyable and interesting and provided great value for money! The instructor and assessor were friendly, engaging, and helpful.

We can highly recommend Phoenix Sea School. My wife and I recently retired and have decided to buy a motor boat.

Having recently visited the RYA stand at the International Boat Show, we were introduced to all the courses and the road map for gaining further qualifications. We were made aware that there was a RYA training at Littlehampton through Phoenix Sea School.

We visited Littlehampton Marina and were introduced to Mark, who runs Phoenix Sea School.

When we met Mark we immediately knew that he had the natural ability to instruct. My wife and I felt at complete ease, even though we had no experience whatsoever in handling a boat. We were apprehensive in our abilities, but under Mark’s tuition and guidance we soon progressed with confidence.

We highly recommend Mark and look forward to progressing through the RYA training programs with Phoenix Sea School.

I had no powerboat experience prior to doing this course (PB2) but Mark was absolutely brilliant. He made me feel totally at ease, talked me through the whole process from A-B. He was very patient and calm yet encouraged me to push my boundaries - meaning I achieve things I wouldn’t have otherwise had the confidence to do.

He is very respectful of the waters, has a good relationship with everyone at the yard, maintains his boat / equipment beautifully and was really organised.

I absolutely loved this course, I couldn’t fault it and would highly recommend it - I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher
